I'm thinking it would be a good idea for us to meet in person soon to coordinate installing our first HSMM nodes and we need to work out the details for doing a presentation / demo or two that are being planed for the first week of Aug.

Edit update:

We are meeting to discuss HSMM-MESH RI (and nearby MA and CT)

The RI Mesh met for the first time on July 7. We had a good turnout with Nick N1NRW, Bruce W1BAW, Willis KB1JFG, Russ KB1SYA, Debbie W1GKE, Myrton N1GKE, and myself Mike W9GYR in attendance. We passed on some WRT54 hardware to get some folks started and discussed our plans for implementing a local net. We've got a few locations that are too far to connect wireless so we are looking into tunnels to bootstrap the network while we locate intermediate locations for nodes. If there is anyone else in the area who would like to participate, please contact us. -mikeu

The main contacts are myself W9GYR and Myrton N1GKE. We are having another meeting today and one of the topics will be to discuss how we are going to coordinate our activity. For now this forum is the main place to gather.  RI mesh meeting Nov. 30, 2013
